I know that everywhere where there is a sea or ocean, there are surfable waves, and the Mediterranean Sea is no exception. I took this photo on a cold December morning, at about 7:00 am, just as dawn broke. The light that morning was just spectacular. The photo is taken at the trendy neighborhood of El Portixol, in the city of Palma, in the island of Mallorca in Spain. Just a few surfers in the water on that particular day. Just a few lucky surfers on an epic day in the Mediterranean surf. Surfer: Juanjo Campos.
